RebCalendar is a small yet powerful utility. It is the Calendar you always wanted Windows to have, instead of the small calendar linked to the clock, which sometimes you do not even have enough permissions to view.

As with the rest of my tools, after unsuccessfully searching the Internet for a free simple calendar, I decided to create my own. 

pdf2raster is a small tool for converting pages of a pdf file into raster images (gif, png or jpg).
Instead of using expensive applications just to convert a single pdf file, you can use this free application. The quality of the result is very good, specially when using antialias and the file size is relatively small, when applying a color reduction to 256 colors or less.

  After unsuccessfully searching the net for the perfect tool to transform electronic books into a format readable by my Palm, I decided to create my own. I found in the internet some freeware libraries from Kryloff technologies that allowed converting different formats to txt files. They had problems with some pdf files, but they worked very well with most of the files I used. They have an explanation in their site about how to use these libraries (which they call filters). I chose Visual Basic because it is an easy language which I am comfortable with. Besides, it creates small executables, provided you have the VB runtime (which most users have).

If you were looking for a WordBox version for the Palm, that supports OS5. This is it.  It's a modification of the original Palm Pilot version created by Twinfeats. This one only works with Palm OS greater than 3.5 and supports HiRes on Sony Clie's and devices with Palm OS 5. It can use any of the original Palm WordBox dictionaries that you can find at Twinfeats
